Superb

Comfortable stay with super helpful and friendly staff.

We went with our 19 month old daughter. Staff were super helpful in helping us find a room that met our needs when original room I booked didnt quite work for us. Very grateful for their flexibility.

Its a good option to book if youre only in need of a room to put your head down overnight.

Good location, room was nice and clean, clean sheets and towels.

I didnt like the fact that I had no option to book for 1 night only. I ended up booking for two nights but left a day early as I only needed the room for one night. The WiFi connection did not reach my room which was on the top floor. Instead I decided to watch tv but this one didnt work well either as it kept losing signal.

I enjoyed Hastings - a town full of character.

The room met all my requirements. Good shower! The staff seemed very pleasant, particularly the woman I dealt with most often (who was perhaps the person in charge?). The seafront location was good - and not far from the Old Town.

This isnt really a sharp criticism but maybe they could have been a bit more proactive, especially emptying one waste bin and replenishing stocks of tea, coffee, etc. I did have to ask them to do things, but then they always did them. Given the time of year, I did wonder if they were low on staff. But like I said no real problem.
