I loved my stay. I had a perfect view. Great location.
The staff was very hospitable. And most attentive.
The towels were dingy.

Fantastic Stay in Athens!
Rooms were small, but fabulous amenities. Great beds, great pillows, very clean, and a fantastic powerful hairdryer! Had a free bus service to downtown (& return). Close to local amenities (supermarket, local restaurants). Loads of dining in the hotel to choose from.
Rooms a little small, but amenities made up for it!

Good overall
The only real complaint I have is there was no ice provided and none accessible on the floors. We asked the customer service agent and she told us she would send some up right away. We never received it and when i attempted to call there was a busy signal. Also thought the food on the restaurant for dinner was less than great. Breakfast however was nice and quite a variety of choices.

Was very appreciative to be allowed to have late checkout.
Breakfast was great but the location of the Hotel is not close to shops etc & the shuttle bus doesnt operate on a weekend.
The carpet in the room had hair on the floor & carpey
