Superb! Everything is clean and the house is super cozy. It was perfect for our family. So many facilities. You can cook and rest watching movies. The kids loves the pool. I would love to come again. Thank you.

-no working wifi and very bad data coverage which meant no internet for our entire stay -no hot water for tea/ coffee ( no kettle and the hot water machine broken) -very deceiving practices regarding addtional charges

the management sucks, our room card is seized by the atlantis worker because agent use duplicate card that does not have atlantis logo on it and we tried to call our agent and they didn't answer our call and did not even reply our text. please be responsible and improve your service.

Unit very clean, comfortable, bed sheet and pillow smells good, clear instructions from owner, smooth check in and check out process, good location too.

Some of the pool facilities under maintenance or faulty and have time limit (2 hours) for pool usage.

The house were clean, great location. Near to town.. Easy to access base on instructions by host. It would be nice if owner can pleased & welcome the guess.

The toilet sink is clogged up.. The plug in the bedroom also not functioning.. Even the pool is so huge & clean.. Guess have to make a booking for swimming pool.. 1 session just for one hour . Came far from KL for 3d 2n but can only get into swimming pool just for 2 hour.. A bit dissapointed..
