    Unbeatable location and wonderful staff!
    This hostel is in a fantastic location right in the heart of QC and just steps away from many landmarks, great restaurants, and nightlife. The staff is kind and is always willing to help.
    Like many hostels in Quebec and Montreal, you can't control the temperature of your room--the front desk does. Given that it's winter, I had to call to have the temperature adjusted multiple times which I found to be a hassle and at times, frustrating. Depending on where your room is located, the shared bathroom may not be close. It's an older building with multiple flights of stairs--they have an elevator, but guests are not allowed to use it.

    Large public space. There are many entertainment facilities (billiards ball, darts, paid-table football), TV room, study room.And a bar and bartender. Big kitchen and fridges. There is free walking tour for exploring old Quebec everyday!
    I have traveled to many cities and stayed in many hotels. A hotel would be the best if it had different group activities every day or occasionally. There are no larger bowls in the kitchen, so some people use the small pot as a bowl after cooking instant noodles. This also results in a shortage of small pots, and some people who need to use small pots need to wait until they have finished eating.

    Staff are friendly and very helpful and location is great.
    However, the hostel is so old and some parts smell. The materials used are cheap ie. if someone move in the room we can hear lockers moving and we can hear people walking upstairs all night so and its hard to sleep.

    Perfect location and very clean. Little shelf and light in the bed. Lockers in the room and a big locker room at the ground floor with possibility to use a locker (fyi need a locker for both)
    Everything was really nice. Congratulations! I would improve it adding a shelf at the exterior shower area.

    Great location and people, but expect a bit better services for the price
    Excellent location, super nice personnel, nice gathering with music on Friday.
    Even being a hostel, it is not cheap, so for the price, we expected more comfortable beds and not having to wash our dishes after breakfast in a crowded kitchen.
