Ok for the money, could do with a revamp.

Had a problem with the first room I was given as the Wifi signal was nil. Hotel staff at the reception offered me another room which was good of them and much appreciated.

Very dark feel to the corridors, very dated/tacky decor. Laundry facilities were a washer and dryer stack in a cupboard, plaster missing from the walls and expensive to use.

Stayed at Studio King room. Room is big. A lot of extra space to walk around. Also, got a mini kitchen and stove. Bed is so comfy. Clean room. Generous supply of tea and coffee. Staffs were very helpful and accommodating.

The portable Aircon cannot cool down our room. It's summertime in Auckland and it took a long time for the portable Aircon to cool down our room. We also turn on the ceiling fan but still not enough. Also, the Aircon is so noisy that we have to turn it off. It's hard to fall asleep with so much noise from the Aircon. I suggest it's time for the owner to replace it with a heat pump or real aircon.

We wont go back.

We appreciated the laundry in the unit.

The dryer and washer is all in one, so plan for three to four hours for a load. The property feels worn down. Also, know this is a very Christian-based company running the hotel. Posters and flyers everywhere about Jesus.
