Great location for exploring galway city. Rory was very helpful providing us with all our check in details prior to arrival.

Disappointing, if you want to stay make sure you are clear about what is and what is not included.
There was no cooked breakfast, we had to look after ourselves. We just slept in the accommodation, it's very basic.

I am really happy with the service provided especially by Ann, she made our stay so pleasant.
The Room was spotless and comfortable. It is very well located since it is few minutes walking distance to the city centre. Also the continental breakfast was beautiful.
My mum and myself were delighted with the city and this particular place.
We would definitely suggest it. Will definitely come back in the future.

Straight forward instructions on how to enter, clean and had all the amenities needed.
Paper thin walls so you could hear people being loud, bed was extremely uncomfortable, poor pillow quality, confusing signage too.

The place is a good value for money.
Cozy and warm place. Comfortable beds. The location is very near to centre.
One of our towels has some kind of stain. We just did not bother to ask for another one as we noticed it during night time.

Too cold to stay inside.
Breakfast was OK
It was freezing cold when we arrived. Outside it was around 6-7 C and inside it felt the same. It took a few hours before the heat was turned on. We had to go to a local pub to warm up a bit.
