Really convenient they also had a boat shuttle that brought you closer to the centre.
Bathroom was still not fully clean when we arrived, however the staff rectified this right away. They charged us for early check in but never mentioned this would come with a fee even though we asked in advance

It was wonderful to have river views from our room and also from the Seen restaurant.
The front reception personnel were very efficient and helpful. We left too early for regular breakfast so asked for a boxed breakfast and they were waiting for us at reception at 5:30 am.
The concierge provided us with help eating at Seen.
More towels could have been provided.

The location of this hotel was amazing for our trip, we mostly used the river taxi's, so the free shuttle to the main dock came in very helpful, although worth noting the free shuttle didn't really ever seem to run on time. The room was very pleasant and a comfortable size for two people sharing, the breakfast selection was very good. We ate twice at the rooftop restaurant Seen and enjoyed both the ambiance and the food. My friend also left her trainers there once we checked out, the hotel kindly forwarded these on to a future destination in our trip.
One thing to note is the pool is quite small, often times there were not any sun loungers available, not a huge deal to us as we mostly just used the pool in the afternoon to escape the heat of a morning of exploring.

Must-stay hotel!
This was an absolute gem! Very modern, clean and luxurious. They have done the most with a cute Christmas theme. Great amenities. The staff were so friendly and helpful! The views are insane- you can see the whole city! The room itself was quiet and private. The infinity pool and restaurant area on floor 26 was wow! And they have a spa, gym and other restaurants and coffee shops. They also host events for the festive season, Christmas and New Years Eve. They have a river boat for guests as well that make travelling so easy. The location is great and easy to get around. In the hustle and bustle of the city, but quiet room to relax. I wish I couldve stayed longer. They also have airport transfer services and organise taxis and help with sightseeing. This is definitely a must stay.

Great place to stay!
Amazing room, great views, pool is excellent and a really good breakfast buffet.
We arrived early and enquired about early check in, to be quoted a silly amount of money to check in which was disappointing.
