    Nice place to relax
    Location is great. Near to beach. Swimming pool is nice. Sound proof rooms. parking is convenient.
    Some outdoor activities are not available (for some reason). Example, canoeing activity not available.

    We will not be a returning customer
    We didnt even stay on the booked date due to disappointment, cancelled and requested for a refund
    We have been here on few occasions, before COVID, pleasant stay however this time we were extremely shocked to the see the condition of the hotel and the room/s. It was totally run down, zero attention to hygiene.

    Overall it was disappointing trip.
    The location was great.
    The building internal n exteriors need to refurbish, it was very disappointing as i thought this was a 5star hotel but i think OYO looks better .Cause the breakfast looks like , seri malaysia have better breakfast spread. Never again for me ,as this hotel needs to be refurbished long ago .

    Yatch scenery.
    The sink is clogged, the bathroom has stagnant water, the hotel is in an old condition. The breakfast buffet offers limited choices and the taste of the food is rather average, not meeting the expectations usually associated with hotel dining experiences. It might not be worthwhile to consider add-on.

    Nice view and one of good hotel in PD
    The view of the hatch and sunset.
    The basement parking dont have lift to the lobby and viceversa. Way to restaurant also dont have ramp for people who bring baby stroller.

    Will not be coming back to this hotel in the future.
    Room was very badly maintain. Breakfast is not so good, but well enough for a simple breakfast. The facilities of the hotel is very badly maintain.
