    We will stay in Axor Hotels every time we fly from Barajas.
    Katherine was really kind and helpful during the check in. In general, all the staff was very nice and very customer oriented. I loved the cleanliness of the room and bathroom and I really liked the head shower and the water pressure. The transportation to the airport with the shuttle was perfect: on time and we had a very polite driver.

    The front desk told me that she booked a shuttle for me at 430 the next morning, but she did not. The next-door hotel front desk was not nice enough to solve the issue at first at 425 the next day morning. She just said that there is a booking record of a shuttle.

    There is a very annoying humidifier smell in the whole building, it's too strong. Breakfast eggs were cold. Overall, it felt too less for the price paid

    Very bare bones as it relates to bathroom facilities. We have stayed at this hotel multiple times. The staff is always very vanilla
