Dont recommend. This hotel doesnt worth its money. staff are arrogant, rude & not helpful at all,

The hotel is not 4 stars at all. Furniture is old, some are broken. Shower has signs of rust. Air-condition does work. Slippers and robe were missing. The only advantage of this hotel is its location and view, however you cannot get proper view because you cant go to the balcony, it closed. Very noisy outside.

Staff is very unfriendly, not helpful at all.

Bathroom had mildew. Reception was not friendly specifically the males the lady was very nice. No Ventilation in room I had to open the sliding door to breath.

The staff were all very friendly and accommodating, especially Grace and Kemen (sp). The location is great. It's very close to Sagrada Familia, and the train station is right there by the Basilica.

Good location, do not expect much

The location. And that is pretty much it.

to begin with, the staff. I think they were really tired after a summer full with tourists or something. Forgot to book breakfast, we noticed it at the breakfast while trying to fix it with the reception the team was acting like we were trying to steal something or we were conmen Even on the very first day, they were like okay we understand you gave all that info for something called online check in but lets do everything all over again and we will be pretty rude about it. I did the booking pretty early and to be frank kind of forgot about the room too, but the bathroom had a flickering light which was really tiring

I would certainly stay again if I wanted to be in that particular part of Barcelona .

The location is fantastic and our room looked directly on to the Sagrada Familia . The roof top bar is a marvellous place to get a superb view of the SF.
