    Facilities not goodNo telecom provided. Geyser was not working.No toiletries. No tea or coffee maker.No wardrobe.The actual room was not the same as shown in picture. One of the staff was very rude and misbehaved with us.He even threatened us that he would do our checkout without any refund.

    Not recommended in this price
    The location was good, near to the walking distance of Shri Harmandir Sahib temple. Cleanliness was good. Also they help when requested extra blanket
    It was not a good value for money stay. The worst thing happened that Gyger wasn't working, requested them to help but they didn't listen. We have to use the cold shower in December at 3 in the morning.

    Excellent hostel
    Great place for family and solo travellers. They have all the amenities including a functional kitchen for general use, wifi, geyser, bedding etc that too at a very nominal cost. Also, the manager and the night receptionist both are very helpful and always smiling. Make it feels like home
    Wifi connectivity and speed can be better.

    Staff were good. Location was good. It was neat and clean
    But the room we got was horrible. We could hear the outside sound till late night. Even the outside light comes in very easily. So it was a bad experience.

    will Recommend the property as a Budget stay
    The Property is very well located walking distance from the Golden temple which I was visiting. The property did not have its own parking but is located very near to the MCD parking which is in walking distance.
    Signage needs to be improved. Though I was standing very near to the property I had to call the property to get the directions. The staff was helpful as they sent a help to pick up our luggage

    We loved absolutely everything. This Hotel it's in the best location a few minutes' walk to the Golden Temple. Staff were excellent Breakfast was delicious Very very clean. This hotel went out of the way to make our stay wonderful. Absolutely, we recommend.
