Service needs improvement
There was really no communication between concierge and thr rest of the team. We booked and confirmed a restaurant for dinner and there was no table for us. They then gave us a side table (you couldnt call it any different as there was no space to put plates and glasses on it) and shoved us by the piano where we couldnt hear each other. We booked this restaurant a month in advance too! Shocking! They booked my transfer and on the day they told me they dont have anything in their system and only when I showed them my emails they found the details. There are so many beautifully dressed staff with big smiles on their face but the service is not up the scratch apart from ladies at the reception..

Absolutely fabulous stay in St. Moritz
We absolutely loved everything about our stay. The staff are very nice and super helpful, from the front desk, concierge, wait staff, and housekeeping. Our room was a nice size, with a spectacular view and large bathroom. The breakfast was great, as was our afternoon tea on the terrace, and our dinner in the bar. And the location is perfect. We can't wait to come back!
There wasn't anything we didn't like.
