I used to visit lisbon on a regular basis and always enjoyed staying at your hotel. It is the first time I came back to Lisbon since the hotel was refurbished- pleasantly surprised by the higher quality
Staff was excellent except on one occasion when, at the end of the afternoon, i tried to open the door of my room (which I had done twice on the same morning) but my key was not functioning or had been deactivated. When I explained the situation to a lady at the reception, she strangely explained me that it was my fault because I didnt know how to use the key (obviously I am not very smart) even if I argued twice that I had opened successfully the same door twice, after breakfast on the terrace and after a phone call in your lounge downstairs. Anyhow a small detail anyway

Loved the location which was the main reason I chose it but the hotel itself was really clean, staff was very attentive and bonus was breakfast which was hands down the best Ive had
I wish there were hooks in the room to store your towels and hang clothes when you need to shower. I think there was not one hook or place to put your clothes in bathroom when you showered.

Wonderful visit to Lisbon, highly recommend staying here!
Breakfast was wonderful each day, as were the nightly treats in our room. The location was perfect for all of our sightseeing and there were so many great restaurants in the area!
Roof top bar was overrated.
