    No trash bags in any of the trash cans in the rooms and the heat didnt work. Only the air and it was super cold the days we spent at this facility.

    Quick Thanksgiving getaway to see my family!
    The room was bigger than I thought, I loved the bathroom!! Nice and quiet despite having a casino downstairs.
    One of the elevators didnt work which made the wait times longer. Only one person was working check in, however she remained professional and helpful.

    Comfy but needed a deep clean.
    The room was very spacious. The bed was comfy. I loved the garden tub and large shower.
    The bathroom needed a good deep clean. There was trash in the can in the bathroom and the floor along the base boards was dirty or maybe stained? There was a toothpick in the floor by the bed. The hallway always smelled of sewer gas, but we didn't smell it when in our room. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but not the cleanest room we've ever atayed in.

    Good location, next to the river...quiet, clean, comfortable room with a river view...free self parking across the street... close to other casinos and Bossier City entertainment area...

    Probably still the nicest hotel in Shreveport
    Easy checkin, casino was fun. Good location and good parking.
    Room was not clean. Sheets smelled like vomit and there were stains on the furniture. This was in a suite, not just a random room.
