    Excellent and dog friendly.
    Excellent value for money. Lovely room with a little fridge and en suite bathroom with bath and shower. Excellent parking and friendly staff. Definitely stay again. Dog friendly.

    Poor hygiene .The photos on the site doesnt show the correct room .The room and the shower room are claustrophobic .Its a 3rd floor attic .No lift .No bath as shown on the photo at Booking .com.No hot water .The building and the room are outdated .Property is poorly insulated and maintained .Very cold .The bedding was not fresh .Stained.It was not coffee .Only two loose tea bags in a plastic container and one Tesco hot chocolate bag.Couldnt have a hot drink .Both tea and hot chocolate tasted strange .Checked the kettle .Not clean .There is a small fridge with drinks and snacks .After my experience with coffee and hot chocolate l decided not to try it. The lady who met me was very friendly .She checked the radiator which was working and told me to keep the electrical heather on ,because the radiator shortly will stop .The heather didnt help .It was very cold . You could see that the property had much better days .Desperate for refurbishment .
