It was nice but very cold and uncomfortable because we had no heat
I appreciated the view and cleanliness
We had no heat in our room and it was freezing when we told the clerk at check out they said they couldnt compensate us because we didnt notify them sooner

Coffee Guy
The hotel was super clean, and the staff were very friendly and professional.
Was traveling in from Philly for the holiday, and I'm a guy who needs his coffee. There was a coffee station in the bedroom, but the TWO creamers were curled. Wasn't a big deal, or so I thought, because there was a Cafe in the lobby. However, there was no flavored creamer, and the half and half was also spoiled. You would think for $350 for a night's stay these sort of things would not be an issue!!!
