    We left India after staying here, just a bad experience and will never be back.
    One of the worst hotels Ive ever stayed at. It was mouldy and loud, the woman scammed us at check in- told me she was upgrading us from a bungalow to a balcony room. The balcony was on the ground floor and people walked past constantly right outside, we had to have the curtains closed at all times. The room smelt of mould. The food was horrible, the beach was not swimmable, there were mosquitoes everywhere and we were told it was unsafe to walk outside the hotel grounds.

    The location is excellent, loved the evening sunset in front of the property
    The property is used a lot for weddings, so lot of staffs focus on that. The restaurant really needs more urgency, takes lot of time and multiple follow-ups to get food. The property is little dated, can definitely do with some upgrades

    Good budget friendly beach front property .
    Beach front property . Ample space and good aminities. Property is old , needs renovation .Cleanliness can be improved . Restaurant was ok . food quality was ok . Overall stay was satisfactory .
    pest control is necessary . There were wall lizards , ants etc. in the room and balcony .

    The location is everything, here. The breakfast was top notch. Unfortunately, it feels as though the owner does not take pride in the rooms. They're clean, but don't smell good, which is uninviting. Invest in a good fan system to air them...although it's probably a bigger problem by now. The pool was very nice! No hot tub, though. Someone was supposed to pick me up and we communicated, a lot...no one showed late at night. It was VERY disappointing, considering they're way out of town...45 min. Waste of my energy. Bottom line ok hotel, only worth the money because I got the pool to myself, the view over breakfast and the yummy breakfast...the room was not worth it, a lone.
