I did enjoyed our stay because I love the beach and the staff are all helpful.

The place is just close to the beach and the restaurant is just in the front of the hotel and close to other shops as well. The staff are all very helpful and tried to transfer us the third day to the 1st floor room.

When we where accomodated to the 2nd floor room for the first 2 nights of stay with stairs to climb my husband is 91 yrs old, then the discomfort of our block toilet whenever it is used.

The placement is good

Everything else. Absolutely no wifi, no cleaning of the room, dirty and torn bed linens, cramped and dirty room. For the price there are much better options in Boracay!

It was a great location, easy to get too, the rooms where cleaned and almost everything worked as it should

The room was a bit worn, and the safe had no batteries and didn't work
