    Great stay close to the old city in a tranquil area. Superb views
    Nice location and great food options. Comfortable rooms.
    Front desk staff are not attentive. Began serving another customer while I was being served!

    The worst of an experience
    The location was good and the resort was neat and clean but I don't think it's a resort, it's more of a hotel kind of a thing. I've been to udaipur for more than 20 times and I've stayed in many different resorts and this was the last one I would ever go again
    The staff was really bad. Service was extremely poor. The staff had no manners at all while they misbehaved many times.

    Enjoyable stay with adventure activities and peaceful Location
    The cottages were very nice and bathroom is spacious with excellent open to sky bubble bath. Very quick service and response time to any demands. Staff are very polite and helpful. Location of hotel is also very nice with monsoon palace entrance at walking distance Breakfast is very nice and there is high tea in evening which we loved. We enjoyed the folk dance show and adventure zone was the best part. We wished we would have stayed more than 2 days. They arranged birthday cake from their side at midnight for my sister and the cake was lovely
    The cottages outside area is shared between 6 rooms which is little congested.

    The other guest were drinking in open area and annoying everyone around and the resort staff seemed helpless to control them. Need proper guidelines and control over thia so that other guest dont get disturbed.
