Just quick stop at Phuket

Very kind staff, clean and spacious room, great water pressure in the shower; many good restaurants and massages close by, also a 7-11. Pool is very nice, with colder water, so you can nicely cool down.

Location is very far from everything. Breakfast could be improved and offer more options.

Paradise with the friendliest staff

From the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty. A beautiful and well located hotel - we were immediately upgraded, with free sparkling wine, and free dinner! The pool and beach caf are both really nice places to unwind. We even managed to do two loads of washing, topping us up for the rest of our trip. Very friendly staff and a lovely place to stay. Cant recommend it highly enough!

Amazing staff, quiet and peaceful

The staff were amazing and very accommodating and put in a lot of effort on Christmas Eve. Its a quiet part of Phuket which was perfect for us and just what we wanted. The hotel was lovely and the staff honestly couldnt have been more welcoming. Thank you for having us!

Too quiet and an expensive area.

Beautiful hotel. Clean and the room was large. Liked the fact they gave you a beach bag and towels to take to the beach. They also had big umbrellas in the room incase it rained. The rooftop pool was really nice, although fairly small for the size of the hotel.

Considering the price the staff weren't that great. It was the most expensive place we stayed and we felt the staff, although helpful, didn't go out of their way to help. The gym was ridiculously small. Totally unsafe for 2 people to do weights at the same time, and the equipment selection was poor. The food and drink at the restaurant (Flamingo) was overpriced and although it was okay we had far better in cheaper places. It seems you pay for the "insta" location. Location itself was far too quiet for us. Not much going on at all, now I don't want to stay in a super crowded area so liked the fact the beach was quiet, however there was little atmosphere. There are 3 or 4 restaurants in the area - all of which are more pricey than other areas of Phuket and Thailand and I believe that is because of this expensive hotel - they can charge what they want. We ended up getting a taxi into Phuket Old Town (30 minutes away) and going to the market there and for meals, there was a lot more atmosphere there and it was more enjoyable. I think this place is great if you want to relax and do nothing for a few days, away from everyone but just be prepared that food and drink will cost you a lot more than other areas. Would I stay again? No, I've seen far nicer hotels that are cheaper and in better areas.
