Everyone went above and beyond.
The only downside was the room wasnt ventilated very well. I should have chosen one with a window.

I liked the inclusive and plentiful breakfast , I liked the fact that the reception staff cared and the very pleasant ambience of the hotel. The fact that the very impressive Metro station was 50 meters away, in fact everything was close by
There was a glitch inasmuch as the room was not made despite the large signage on the door...it was put right quite pronto

My room was too small and it didnt even have a desk to put a laptop on, in case one needed to. I didnt have to work from the room in this case, but it would have to be from the bed if I did..

Great high end hotel in the centre of Stockholm
Great atmosphere, beautiful communal areas and very friendly staff. Also really comfortable beds & good breakfast.
Some of the decor in the rooms fell just slightly outdated.
