    Lovely ambience. Luxury stay.
    The peace and quiet. Staff are fantastic.
    Its far from accessible and affordable f&b. It would have been nice to have a Mart or convenience store inside. Otherwise, youre left with only the luxury dining options for all 3 meals of your stay which can get expensive. Although the food is fantastic! The villas are probably quite old and refurbished from time to time. I just found everything quite low-lying. The sink, toilet, room phone and kettle placements.

    Overall, great place.
    Very nice ambience, beautiful view, great resort, food is great. The thai food was awesome, Galuh, a trainee who served us was excellent and very good in explaining.
    The doors to the toilet were too hard to open need a lot of strength to slide it open and lots of ants at the hot kettle area.

    Banyan Tree really exceeded all our expectations. The room and view were stunning. The staff were all exceptional. All hotel facilities were fabulous. Pool was stunning, restaurants great, spa also fabulous.

    Overall good experience, but could have been better if the room conditions are better maintained
    Staff were very friendly and helpful. We would like to highlight Mr Sofyan who was very warm and friendly, and helped us throughout our trip.
    The facilities were slightly old. For example, several jets in the pool in our room were spoilt.
