Most beautiful hotel I have ever been to. Reminding me how stunning krabi is again. Lovely staff and great activities. Kip was my highlight teaching me Muay Thai recommend to anyone visiting.

The resort selling point would be the iconic view, and private beach access with free activities i.e. paddle boarding. The staff were hospitable and warm.
Nestled in the nature setting, cant help but to be bitten by mosquitoes (though with the price point that we are paying, there is no excuse for mosquito breeding in the premises). The room comes with Jacuzzi (never once used due to dead insects/crawlies) and Pool.

Best experience you can think of
Probably one of my best experiences as a guest in a hotel. Everything was perfect, the place is beautiful and the view we had from our room was breathtaking. And what to say about the staff, regardless of their function? We were always engaged with a smile and everyone was eager to help, often preempting our needs. Special thanks to Toey, who made a small hiccup his problem and went above and beyond to address it swiftly.

Good but not five stars
Beautiful views at a beach that was mostly empty. Nice pool and beautiful grounds, lush and green and peaceful. Room was nice. Massage by Magie was excellent. Airport transfer was convenient.
Unfortunately doesnt quite meet five star standards. Food at Naga made me sick, and food at Saffron was very mediocre: shrimp were consistently overcooked two nights in a row and drinks were bar mix. Naga Kitchen breakfast was also underwhelming, a lot of choice but nothing particularly good. Boat trip was lovely, although very expensive - better off going into town and leaving from there. Bar on the beach was lovely because of the views, but drinks were very normal, and too sweet. Room was nice and so was all the staff, but room itself was lacking touches: carpet was dirty, as were the couch pillows. That was most of the hotel: nice but needing a thorough clean and upgrade.
To justify the price and five stars, quality has to improve.
