    Enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back.
    The surrounding area and close proximity to the beach and other activities. We opted for full board, which made it easy for a large group to choose the food and drinks on the go.
    Limited range of spirits on the full board menu. The beer on tap was not to my expectations and not cold enough.

    Been coming to Baobab for many years. The location is perfect. The staff are friendly and the property is beautiful.
    I requested allergy friendly food but it was difficult at the buffet to get details about the ingredients. The staff were not prepared and did not understand.

    I wouldn't return. There are a lot of better options in Diani.

    Given the wrong rooms, they wanted to charge us more, outside the bar area not a lot of hospitality to the customer

    Paradise on the beach in Diani
    Everything was perfect. The staff go above and beyond, the food is lovely every meal so much choice. The entertainment team put on amazing shows every night.

    Relaxing and the friendliest staff.
    3 hotels in one but it didnt feel like you were ever in a big hotel as there are lots of restaurants and swimming pools and quieter areas.
    Our room was outdated and the bathroom needed a complete renovation but I think from talking to others that our room was unusual and that other rooms are not so outdated.

    I had an amazing stay here,check inn was very fast,breakfast and dinner had many varieties,rooms were big and comfy. There staff are very helpful and supportive. They have sports activities there soo you cannot get bored.

    Overall stay us good for the price
    1. Beach is beautiful, but there are some rocks in the water, so need to be careful 2. Pools are very nice 3. Staff is friendly 4. Hotel territory is nice, very green and pleasant to walk. 5. Hotel provides different types of activities, like yoga, zumba, and etc.
    1. There are 3 sections in the hotel, and looks like the first section next to the reception is the earliest built and requires significant renovation. 2. Cleaning was average, requiring improvements. I broke a cup (when monkey jumped yo our balcony), next day after cleaning it was still there. Meaning no one even opened the door to balcony. 3. Water in the tap is a bit salty, you can clearly feel the taste. Most probably it is everything in Mombasa, desalinization is not good. 4. Food is average. Meat was mostly tough. Fruits are not good, looks like October is not a season got fruits snd vegetables. Deserts also average.
