    Good value.
    Character hotel with quirky interior. Room clean and comfortable. Onsite parking with plenty of space. Very quiet. Competitively priced.

    Nice and comfortable for the price but it was smelling really bad!
    The room was spacious and the bathroom was really nice.
    There was leftover stinking and rotting fruit in one of the drawers . The whole room was stinking, although there was a plug-in scent. Only discovered the day when I was about to leave that the drawers had rotting food. It maybe that the cleaning wasn't done throughly, the drawers were not checked prior.

    Staff were always helpful
    Room is very dated a worn out. Ceiling falling down, looked like water damage and held up with tape. Bed pressed up against radiator so room was cold most of the time. Cleanliness was an issue, sticky carpet. Such a shame, stayed in a lovely room last time, but this room just wasn't it

    I had visited previously and had been very impressed with service, food and little finishing touches like wrapped choccy biscuits on tea and coffee tray .
    I booked again to show my husband how lovely it was . There was no breakfast and only found that info in small print at the bottom of the booking confirmation . Only found out on arrival when I asked the time of breakfast. I would not have booked if I had known . We had travel from Wales and were hungry and tired .Not even a biscuit in the room. I had specified bed and breakfast on the booking choices.NOT HAPPY,

    Clean, very comfortable and fairly quiet. Everything that I want from a hotel stay.
    Good location, 5 mins in a taxi from Wolverhampton. It was clean, it was very comfortable, fairly quiet, free onsite parking, pretty cheap to stay and I liked the building.
    It could probably do with sprucing up a bit, Id prefer a more powerful shower, and a couple of extra plug sockets wouldnt go amiss, but its good value for money overall.
