My family and I enjoyed a delightful stay. The serene ambiance, coupled with a warm and respectful staff, created a welcoming atmosphere. The resort's team, embodying Maldives-level hospitality, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The highlight undoubtedly was the outstanding foodfresh, diverse, and with a special nod to their thoughtful provision of baby food.
Christmas and New Year festivities added a festive touch, complete with generous gifts. The poolside activities and fireplace were enjoyable.
In summary, our family is immensely pleased with our stay, and we look forward to returning in the future. The positive experience, combined with reasonable pricing, makes this resort a standout choice. Kudos to the team for making our holiday truly special.

The open hallways posed a chilly challenge, since it is all-season hotel will be goot to have closed or be air-conditioned for better and more convinient movements especially for babies. Also, while the poolside activities and fireplace were enjoyable, a more diverse range of activities, and also the heated pool was still cold for me the indoor and outdoor ones, I believe it can be better in terms of increasing the temperature.

The hotel is over-rated and dishonest.
- Good food.
- Awesome animators for kids.
- Live music
We arrived at 1 pm and had to wait two hours for check-in.
The booked family room was not available. The hotel provided a bigger but not convenient for families.
The absence of an elevator was a major problem for carrying the infant with the stroller.
Overall:
- Noisy road right outside the window.
- Dirty floor(the photo of a towel after slightly wiping the floor is attached).
- The provided room significantly differs from the booked one. Instead of a light bedroom and a floor-to-ceiling window, it was a dark bedroom with a tiny window.
- Noisy air-conditioner.
- Low ceiling, small rooms, the awkward build architecture.

Comfortable stay, in particular at end or low season
Location right behind the sea and 40 min walk or a 5 min taxi ride to the Side old town. Moderate size hotel, max 4-5 storey buildings. Lots of vegetation providing enough shade throughout the day. Comfortable rooms and facilities. Very good food offering: both buffet and thematic restaurants. Yoga and tennis. Support with transfer from/to Antalya airport or shopping facilities nearby.
The quality of the white wine at the buffet and the thematic restaurants was ok/good: e.g., the South African one: Chamelion chenin blanc.
Red and rose wine at the buffet and the red wines deposited as gifts in the room are unfortunately of poor quality. This is a point that may easily be improved: either through using imported wines or Turkish wines of higher quality. Red wine choice on the la carte wine did not meet our taste; in particular the Jaffeline pinot noir from France really disappointed with the EUR 40 per bottle.
Would have liked seeing at least one fish dish on the menu at the Sofra Turkish restaurant.
Service level at the main pool bar requires improvement: guests sitting close to the burger corner/sushi cafe are frequently overlooked.
Omelette offering at the buffet is very good. Would have liked shrimps as one of the ingredient options.
Boiled eggs 3 min at the buffet are overcooked. Perhaps offer them upon individual order?
Would have preferred evening concert music to end earlier, e.g. at 22:00 - for the guests to be able to go to sleep early.

Food, cleanliness, staff, beach. Friendly quests. Kids friendly and safe.
1. Underwater rocks on the beach are not marked with a buoys or any other floats? There is general warnings sign but nothing more.
2 Too laud life music till pprox. 22:45. Not sure how babies and toddlers managed to sleep.. It was annoying actually for adults as well.

Fabulous stay at an exceptional hotel
Amazing ultra all inclusive hotel. Far exceeded our expectations. Incredible pools, plentiful sunbeds by the pools and on the beach. Grounds kept immaculately. Food and drink in all the restaurants, at all times of the day were exceptional very generous and prepared to a very high standard. Housekeeping was very efficient and professional.
wifi was a bit slow and patchy..hardly a big issue.

nice pools, good access to the beach, good facilities on the beach, overall good and approachable staff
Soundproofing in rooms does not exist at all: I was hearing people talking, walking around their rooms, having s*x, flushing their toilets as if they were in my room, I had to go to bed at 1-2 am and wake up at 8 because of that.
Food is mediocre: greasy, oily, overfried, cooked with cheapest ingredients. On the third day of my stay there I got food poisoning after eating in a la carte restaurant and spend 2 days on a couch.
Even checkin did not go well - my card didn't work for the first hour until the technician replaced the battery in the electronic lock.
