    Breakfast was additional cost, the bathroom was very small with no fan and a very high step to get into the shower. No A/C

    Satisfactory for a night or 2 in town without breaking the budget.
    Reasonably located for seafront and city centre, both within walking distance.
    Bay view was not a bay view but a view of a town clock overlooking the fire station and a car park.

    Awesome location but needs a lot of doing up and fixing.
    Staff were super friendly! Location Perfect!
    Needs a very deep clean everywhere had too wear our jandals in the shower due too mold and didnt look very clean. And very outdated. Should really shut for a few weeks do some renovations and a very deep clean! Windows and doors were howling with the wind so really need too fix them.

    Great Value for Money.
    Comfortable beds and a central location, walking distance to Te Papa, beach, shops and cafes. Parking onsite for $20 a night was very handy but the entrance to the hotel from the car park was around the back of the hotel and a bit secluded.
