    It was shocking that we have been sold this hotel for over 500 AUD a night when it is a motel with filthy rooms and noth
    We would like to formally make a complaint to Bookings.com for misrepresentation- we paid over 500AUD for this one night stay and it is no more than a 99AUD motel. It is dirty, nothing like the photos or the description. The photos are fake and we would never have booked this place if the real photos were used.

    Location was great and very quiet
    We had to wait more than 20 minutes to check in due to the people who came before us. Once it was our turn, it was a breezy 5min sign in & give us the keys to our room. Not sure what was going on there but it 9pm and we had a very tired child so it wasnt ideal.

    Ver close to the beach and Santa Monica Pier Property was very clean and everything was new.
    They should have a breakfast option, it would be great to have a breakfast in the tables in front of the bedroom, looking at the beach

    Fantastic location and great value for money!
    The room was immaculately clean! I knew the hotel was more on the basic side as I had seen the outside before I booked it. Its like an old motel which has been renovated inside. On check in the lady on reception was super welcoming and helpful. I had requested a car parking space and they had me booked in already which was really helpful. The location was perfect for a stay in Santa Monica with a short walk to Venice and some great restaurants and coffee shops.
    The only thing if Im being picky was the fact the door to the room opened onto the terrace which in one way is nice as you have a great view but for security anyone could essentially walk up to your bedroom door. But the area seemed safe enough.

    Location to pier and had all the amenities of a larger hotel such as iron , coffee maker at the property . Good views from shared patio
