    Breakfast was not good all days 95% Asian food only No noise isolation, I could hear next room voices clearly , store room was next to my room and I could not sleep all days , , they said we cant do any thing !! , you will hear all noise in next rooms , renewed hotel but toilets and furniture so old , bed mattress was super hard like floor Shattaf just a hose no spray !! , TV is 26 Just similar to a computer screen size. Gym is old and some machines not working , WC noise from other rooms can be heard every time it flushed Internet is too slow One of rooms was smell moisture

    It was a pleasant stay for my family
    Hotel is located in Kuah town centre and close to jetty. Very polite and helpful staffs. Room was spacious and clean. Excellent service. It was a pleasant stay for my family
    A bit far to Cenang beach, but it's okay, grab/taxi will bring you to the tourist spots.

    Nice view stay
    The location is good to walk around there and good access for Kuah area. Also, I enjoyed the wonderful sea view. This was amazing.
    Food option for the morning was less. Also, the speed of closing the door for the elevator was a little faster than I expected. Since other customer agreed to this point, it would be better to improve it.
