    had a relaxing stay
    Food was good. They are allowing to sit in the beach cliff anytime during night. We can access a small beach at about 500m from here by walk. Pool is small & only 4ft depth but it suited us well. Able to get autos by just waiting near the entrance. They arranged cab for return to airport. Daily cleaning was good. The place is away from the busy tourists.

    Rooms not very clean, especially bed (smelt of mold and smoke) Everything very worn down Hard to communicate with staff and many misunderstandings because of lack of English

    Good choice in breakfast buffet, a bonus are the cakes from the home bakery. Excellent kitchen and menu options. Great location with seaview from room, swimming pool area, restaurant and seating area in front of sea (and perfect for sunset. Attentive staff ready to help with any question or demand. Taxis being arranged at reasonable price and charged to the room. After first night we decided to stay 3 more days. Lovely walking track till varkala cliff and varkala beach or if you take other direction till kappill beach (less touristic but more authentic with local fisherman activities

    Good relaxing weekend. Maybe pricing could be more affordable.
    The view is amazing and also the walk to the nearby beach. Very clean and homely
    Accessibility could have been better to the main town of Varkala but they do offer a taxi service

    Good place to live but not worth of Rs 16K per night Good view is the best part
    Great location , view is awsm but I thought it is overpriced and not at all 5 star property, no 5 star service , no hair dryer, no room slippers , room was small as compare to price , food was Ok , I was expecting 5 star breakfast buffet but nothing like that same breakfast menu just like 3star or 4 star hotel.. Overall place is clean , well maintained staff was very kind and supportive Overpriced and not a 5 star facility

    Overall minus food it was a very good leisure vacation. Would definitely recommend this hotel for the view
    The property was good with an awesome view , its as mentioned boutique hotel with budget sized rooms. The view from hotel was awesome
    Food was not good , being in Kerala their signature dish should be in breakfast. Very less varieties but not good though . Definitely breakfast menu to be relooked and changed

    Beautiful property with excellent service, well equipped and excellent staff and customer service and the best part opens directly to the beach. It is just wonderful and get place to enjoy sunsets and destress. Food is also good

    Stayed here on a girls trip for 2 days, the room was good but the service and location was extraordinary. Its located in south cliff so if you dont want to peep to see the beautiful sunset this is the place to be from the maddening crowd in the north cliff. The support staff and Patrick (the manager/ director) is extremely friendly and hospitable, will ensure you have a pleasant stay. Have witnessed some of the best sunsets here.
