    Great location and economical
    Location very good. Just across the beach well lit area with lots of eateries and the famous tuk tuks that charge 10 bht no matter how long you ride on the one long road. The room was spilt into two rooms which is ideal for 3 to 4 people. Manager is helpful and speaks English.
    We were three people yet only 2 cups and 1 glass were provided. They took a while to find us 1 more cup and glasses. The toothbrush holder was quite dirty with one tiny leftover toothpaste tube not taken out. We requested cups be cleaned and that was done after two requests. Finely we washed it ourselves to make coffee. The same was cleaned much later. The common toilets at the ground level were full of mosquitoes and open garbage bins. Very unsanitary. The noise from kids in the room next door and the pool was loud and since the room is on the main road it gets loud and noisy.

    Great place for beach time
    The location is right on the beach, which was exactly what we were looking for. The room was nice and big and it was lovely to have access to a TV with Netflix on it (you have to login to your own account)
    The blanket wasnt big enough for me and my sister, so that was a bit of a problem when sleeping

    Everything was nicely arranged good beds, big bath and bathroom.
    If you dropped food anywhere some ants would come even on 4th floor. But cant be helped

    Recommended for solo/pair of travelers.
    Staff at desk very polite and helpful, also very accommodating. Rooms were clean and well kept. Good location right on the beach front and only a short taxi ride to Pattaya beach. There is a bar just around the corner that does cheap but delicious food. Would recommend to any solo/pair of travelers.

    Unexpected luxury for a reasonable price
    Lovely clean & spacious Right across from the beach 2mins across the road, easy access to all shops, bars round the area, full kitchen in the 2bed balcony beach view, lift access with fire escape stairs, lovely clean pool, English speaking host, nothing too much trouble, pet friendly, parking.

    Very good small hotel. The room very big.. i booked for 2 bedroom suite for 3 people. Room very nice , bed really good and big bathroom too. All clean and front of the beach. Have a big balcony seaview. Close to fish market. Nice for long walk. But this hotel has small space for parking. Anyway u can park a car beside hotel.
