    A very comfortable place to stay with an amazing view and an amazing price!
    Check in and check out was so so easy! Staff that helped me do those were very nice! Room was amazing! Very comfortable bed, plenty of space in the room, and awesome bathroom and view! I loved our room! Parking was easy, and it was central to everywhere we were going! Right on the beach too!
    The outdoor area was being renovated but no big deal since its winter and cold outside!

    It is like a bad dream I can't get out of my mind.
    The food and staff in the restaurant was excellent. The staff at check in was great.
    This Hotel was the worst hotel I have ever encountered in a High End Location as Hilton Head. I felt like I was in an Army Barrack rather then a high end Hotel. I have been a traveler for the past 70 years and I can tell you this was the worst weekend vacation I have ever experienced. If you are thinking about this because of the cheaper rate on line stay away from this one. I have been at other hotels that were going thru renovations, but this was the worst planned project I have ever seen. Stay away.

    The staff are excellent, super friendly, and professional. It is right at the beginning of Coligny Plaza, within walking distance of at least a dozen restaurants and plenty of small shops.

    Property was in a good location for walking to shops and restaurants. Front desk staff were nice. Room and linens were clean.
    The construction to a room a few doors down was still going on at 8:30 at night. Breakfast was not included. We booked a room that said view but the view was of the side of the building. I dont think any of the rooms would have had a good view the way the property is layed out though.

    The floor in our room was not clean. Walking around in bare feet you would get dirt on your feet

    Very nice location, cozy rooms. Nice declarations! Great breakfast in the hotel restaurant.
    We got there at night and the outside looked so dark and gray almost scary looking.
