The apartment leaked, had mold, carpet and furniture warn out. Very tired and old. I would not recommend.

It was close to beach and shopping centre.
Fair price for the property and most necessary facilities were close by.
There were only two small cooking pan available in the property. So, it wasn't enough for a family. We ended up buying a frying pan to manage minor cooking during our five days stay.
Laundry area had a bad smell when we used the washing machine, which could be managed by turning on the rooms' fans.

Facilities were clean and tidy
Everything needed a key. To let one of our cars leave very early on the last day we had to go down and let them out by key.
Also if you accidentally forget you key in the carpark after hours you are locked out of the building
