    Beachwoods Resort provided an amazing experience for a family vacation. The room was clean, well-stocked, and the indoor water park was a hit with the kids. The location was convenient, with many act (Read More)ivities nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The only issue was the firmness of the beds, but it was resolved with the purchase of an egg crate topper. Overall, a great place for a weekend getaway with children.

    Great down time with family
    Not having the big green slide operational was a disappointment. Having only generic answer of its not safe was ok but its 2024 time to tell exactly what the plans are. If you don't have any...well, schedule a meeting with staff and make some. Customers are spending money to be at your resort. Try putting yourself in their shoes....

    Best vacation according to my kids
    Beautiful resort, the indoor swimming pool for the kids was amazing, we really enjoy it. The resort is also really close to the beach.

    The room was very nice. We liked the pool and the ability to sign out sporting equipment
    There were several outlets in the kitchen that did not work. And it would of been nice to have someone at least pick up trash.

    Staff at location was friendly. The pool area was clean and fun. Good location near forest and supermarket.
    Room was generally clean. When we moved a matress we saw a really disgusting stain under it. We where not sure if it was blood. Maybe there was a cockroach that was smashed there and left the stain. Should have been removed.

    I have a tax exemption card. The hotel was not willing to give me my tax back. Their reason: I booked via booking.com and booking.com has to pay my taxes back. I told them several times that I only booked via but didnt pay booking.com. I also attached the information from the booking.com customer service (screenshot) but the hotel still declined my tax refund and told me to book over their website next time. I never had problems with any other hotel. I certainly will never book anything with this company

    Got a good price and room was nice just limited facilities to use for staying at a resort.
    Room facilities and location was great.
    Water park was closed and went to this location to use pool and hot tub as Winter and not going to an outside pool or ocean. Storm came through and could have used the indoor pool. Next day when weather cleared up the tennis and pickleball courts not cleaned up from storm and could not use.

    Overall, another wonderful trip. Great amenities. Already planning our trip for next year.
    The amenities were wonderful as always. The kids had a fantastic time swimming in the pool/waterpark, using the paddleboats and playing on the playground. Rooms were perfectly equipped with just enough kitchen items and extra linens and pillows for the beds.
    Cleanliness on grounds was a bit lacking. Litter in common areas and on pathways leading to rooms. Rooms had a strong musty odor upon arrival (a bit understandable as we visited in the off season). After opening all of the doors and windows for a while, the smell did improve.

    I loved being able to have my family together due to the size of the rooms. I loved the indoor pool for myself and kids. The rooms were clean and inviting and I would stay again and again.
    Arriving at night and looking for your place is a little difficult but ultimately I was able to locate it.
