Great location with great parking but very dirty & beds very uncomfortable. Only aircon in kitchen ?

Location was great. The parking is excellent.

Value for money was terrible. It wasnt clean. Bed are very hard & uncomfortable. No air conditioning in bedrooms.

Disappointing

Old and pricey apartment

The view from the balcony

Quite pricey for an old apartment. The only good point is the seaview. However, you may get a better and newer unit at Surfer's Paradise at a similar price. The unit is old and needs to refurbish. The sofa has stains. No air conditioner in all bedrooms. The master bedroom door knob is broken. No hair shampoo is provided. They only provide soap bars for showers. The toaster is not clean. The photo that they published may not be the unit that you booked. Please make it clear before you book.

Very good for our purpose.

Location was excellent for our purposes.

I was somewhat disappointed with the view from the ground floor apartment. I was not expecting to be allocated ground floor and the aspect from the northern end of the building does not include views back to Main Beach. Very limited inclusions such as dishwasher tabs, lack of bin liners for kitchen, no shampoo and small hand soap. Work desk does not have a dedicated chair. Might seem like "nit-picking" however the cost for two nights was considerable and little extras do make a difference. Keith and Cheryl were very helpful and loaned us two chairs to accommodate a family lunch celebration. We would recommend the property and would stay again but would be more prescriptive re location of the apartment.

Wasnt the cleanest and I had to do a spot of cleaning when we arrived but they did have a new cleaner on board so hoping it was just a one off. The games room could be better maintained. We had to search for table tennis balls just to play.
