The room was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable.
People were hard to understand. And the worst part was the shower drain! The shower water is not supposed to come up around ones ankles! The drain was stopped to very very slow!! The price was not bad at all, but unfortunately we will not be staying there again.

Hotel falling apart. Needs TLC and serious cleaning. When you say you will fix something you should!
Great location and close to the start of the boardwalk and beach. The people at the front desk were friendly but unfortunately promised to fix things that were never fixed.
Everything was broken and nothing worked. There were coffee makers but no coffee. Everything was dirty.

Good location, clean, easy booking, pleasant staff. Nothing fancy but all the basics. Stayed on a rainy weekend in the Fall for a concert at the Convention Center. Pool looked nice and hotel is an easy walk to the beach for summer stay.

Bel Air is a safe pleasant centrally located retro wildwood motel.
Great location, quiet area of Wildwood and very central. Motel looks recently painted and was maintained. Young man at desk was very welcoming and friendly. Traditional retro mid century motel, I come to Wildwood for that!
Mattresses need updated felt the springs.

The location to the beach and boardwalk
The motel room was like being in a dungeon, the lighting was terrible, the room was so small, the bathroom was very tiny nowhere to put anything. shower very tiny. The whole room/motel needs renovation. The carpet was also very old. We actually left a day early.
