    Wonderful accommodation at a great price.
    Extremely friendly staff, great rooms - everything is new. Free parking! Great HVAC, the room heats up quickly - not a given on the coast during the winter. Good curtains block out the light when needed. They don't offer breakfast, but have free tea/milk/hot chocolate/coffee at all hours, and a free croissant in the morning.
    Some minor maintenance issues I'm sure they'll address promptly. No elevators, or at least I didn't see one, but it's not a big hotel so no problem.

    Everything was good
    The room was comfortable and clean, the location is 30 minutes from center by foot. The coffee is always free and in the morning you have free croissants. You have free parking in front of the hotel, the host is very polite.

    Such a comfortable and beautiful place. Feels like home. I enjoyed my stay. The staff was amazing and so helpful. The whole place was clean and smelled amazing. Definitely recommend

    Short but sweet visit
    Lovely fresh clean place. Very friendly staff who were super super flexible when dealing with any request. The location was also great, with 5-10 min walks to a handful of stunning beaches.

    We had a brilliant stay at Bel Residence and hopefully get to stay again in the future.
    We had the penthouse with hot tub which was amazing and was put to good use. The space was perfect for 4 adults, great having a small kitchen and the roof space plus the views were lovely. The free coffee/ tea and pastries at reception were a bonus we werent expecting. It was a 25 minute walk to town but this helped with the walking challenge I was taking part in. Bel Residence had everything we could have asked for and more.
    One bathroom with 4 ladies was a little tricky but we made it work.

    The hotel felt luxurious, and the views from the room were fantastic. Good communication as we were arriving late. No problems getting in. Effortless and comfortable stay. Shame it was so brief.
