location, access to downtown Bend/trails; nicely renovated w gas fireplace; view of Mirror Lake; ample parking; free wifi; full kitchen; clean w comfortable furniture; heated indoor pool.
could use a new mattress; pet-free room, but neighbors had a vocal hound dog, who was quiet at night, thankfully; water was turned off mid-shower for friends in a separate unit & early shower for us w/o notice; someone in the units were hammering daily, often in the "quiet hours", but not super loud or too early/late, thankfully. Hot tub was under repair so couldn't use, but that happens...

The condo was very large, we had a separate bedroom and 2 bathrooms. The place heated right up. It was very close to downtown. It was right on the river, and a lovely path.

Cute unit, met our needs perfectly. Loved the location right on the river and close to downtown Bend!
The hot tub was out of service when we were there. The bed was too soft for people who prefer firm mattresses. The wifi signal in our unit was weak, which made the Smart TV painful to operate.
