Noisy hotel in a noisy city.
Staff were excellent. Pick up and drop off from airport was good. The hotel was prompt and helpful in responding to queries. A very good breakfast including cooked to order eggs, pancake and pho. Lovely breakfast staff. The Internet was good. The location was near the lake in the old quarter.
It is a narrow tall building with one lift. We stayed near the top and there was loud music from the sky bar in the evening and the kitchen preparation in the morning. The view of the lake was distant. Breakfast was very good but cramped for space when busy.

Great, but with some little inconveniences.
The staff was very helpful, the bed comfortable, the room spacious, location was right in Old Quarter. Breakfast was great too with many options.
Our sink didnt drain and even though they tried, we went 1 day (out of 2) without being able to use it. The showers have limited hot water so if you are with 2 people, you cant really shower back to back.

Near the lake in the Old neighborhood but with silence. Amazing service from everyone in the hotel. Great breakfast with a nice view on the 13th floor. The crew would respond immediately if you even seem to look for something. You all do an incredible job!
