    Kindly give proper hospitality and good bathroom and bed.
    Room is Clean thats it. Complementary breakfast given
    Bathroom maintenance is very bad, There is no heater inside the bathroom and Air conditioner is there we cant change the temperature. Towels are not provided and bed is not maintained well and not sufficient for two people to sleep

    The facilities are outstanding. All rooms are spacious, clean and wifi enabled. An excellent place to unwind. The best part of this place is the proprietor and his family, they make you feel at home. The home made food is outstanding, completely self sufficient place. It has the power to take you to a peaceful and calm space. This won't be my last time here.

    Very homely place with affordable and very clean Rooms. Bathroom is extra tidy no soap scum or built up greese on the wall like other hotels. Quiet surroundings nearest town is about 2minutes away. I saw other review about the road is narrow. Its almost 4 meters wide,we were driving toyota fortuner didnt have any issues. If you are not experienced driver then... every road is narrow for you. Hoat was very helpful provided with delicious Tea with kerala breakfast. Hello friends please dont ask for too much for your 800 Rupees Room. . You know they have to make some money too right?

    1. The ambience was so nice. 2. Homely feel. 3. Inclusion of breakfast is very good, no worries if you wake up late. 4. Nice behaviour of the care taker.
    1. Water heater is solar type, if you plan your bath after 06:00 pm, it will be difficult. 2. I requested one extra single coat with mattress, since my family is big. During booking it's agreed, but during the stay only additional mattress is provided.

    Location was bit out of the way other wise it is fine. Break fast was more like home made even though the range was not there.
    Communication language - the care taker of the villa finding it difficult to comminicate in other languages apart from Malayalam and making her to understand our need it was a challenge

    One the best homestay that i had stayed before in Kannur. I am a frequent visitor in Parassinikadavu Temple. Stay was super. Bedroom was spacious and extra clean amd tidy not sure why people are making us confused when we are looking for a budget Hotel with clean rooms. Very angry at people leaving a dishonest feedback. They are really greedy. They should do something else to get free stay or should sleep on the side of the street. I was bit confused to reserve this awsome place after i read the review. Please friends leave true feedback. I am going to post some pics of this place that i took when i enter the room after i checked in. Caretaker was nice and place ia only 15 minutes to Kannnur town only 2 minutes to busstop. We had to hire an auto to the bus stop. Cost us only 30 Rupees.
