OK, but would not return.

Location good, very quiet. Use of pool. Private rear sitting space.

No meet and greet. Saw no one until day 6 when saw manager / housekeeper. Basic kitchen equipment having to check items were present, this should already be done!!! Having to open / close down pool end of day, hard job for my wife who is disabled - should be owners / managers responsibility - we're supposed to be on holiday and looked after. Poor quality bedding/quilt - quilt clumped, cover massive for quilt. Pillows flat, hard and uncomfortable. Kettle full of scale, toaster full of crumbs, grill pan dirty, large saucepan had fury mould growing in it Couldn't use teapot as filthy. Shame really.!!!!

Lovely spot for a weekend away in Dorset

Nice location, the courtyard was a sociable area to speak to other guests, accommodation was cozy, there were activities for a rainy day, pool area was nice, alpacas were fun

We enjoyed our stay and were able to use it as a base to viewing the fabulous Dorset countryside.

The location was as expected. Accommodation was clean , slightly smaller than expected but adequate. The swimming pool was a definite bonus , very enjoyable. We had a problem concerning the booking of the pool we could not get onto the internet until the 1st morning by which time our allocated time was not convenient for our plans on that day. The internet and phone reception was intermittent throughout our stay unfortunetly.

The pool, hot tub and sauna to ourselves (an excellent booking sysyem) and the games room. Oh yes, and feeding the alpacas, sheep and chickens on site

Nice indoor pool, we couldn't quite get the sauna temperature up high enough but was still a nice touch on a rainy day. Kids enjoyed feeding the alpacas, for which some feed was provided. Quiet location a couple of miles from the coast.

We found the stay was priced at the luxury end but the accommodation, while clean and set in nice buildings, was basic and quite dated. The house was unfortunately quite cold and there were restrictions on the maximum temperature of the electric radiators. There was an extra charge for wood for the fire. To use the pool on checkout day you have to pay an additional late checkout fee - maybe sensible to manage the time slots but we hadn't realized. The accommodation website was very informative but required logging in every time you needed to access it. The above aren't huge things but we expected more for the high price.
