I will be back again but really feel I should get a credit for one night room.

It is just very nice hotel to stay out. It's 22 minutes away from the casino which makes it an easy Pleasant drive back and forth. The breakfast is wonderful except for the fake scrambled eggs.

This is a unusual complaint. I am a 75 year old man with back problems and to get up from the toilet that is so low to the ground was unbearable. Seniors need to request a handicap room . Also on November 8th the television went out at 4:15 p.m. and there was no TV service to the whole hotel until 11:00 p.m. the entire reason I stayed at this hotel was to watch the third presidential primary debate and unfortunately nobody in the hotel was able to watch it on their TV. In the breakfast room the next morning everybody was totally upset about that. I have stayed here before and never had a problem. I feel I should get credit for one night stay. Everybody in the hotel spent seven whole hours in their room with no television.. this was a awful mistake that we all had to live with. Sitting in a room for 7 hours staring at the wall.

A pleasant stay at a well located hotel.

There was little interface with the staff who were not readily available. Breakfast was OK, but it could have been more abundant and interesting. The overnight charges were expensive considering that we were in downtown Dallas and not Dallas, Texas or even Portland. OK, the rooms were (unnecessarily) large, but not such as to justify their rates.

Always call to confirm that you HAVE the room even though you book thru Booking.com.

There was a wide range of things to choose from and it was a nice "lay out" of the room.

On the day we checked in I asked for an additional day and was told it would be available should we want it, yet they called us on Sunday (while we were out HIKING) to tell us we were supposed to check out that day. We had been told we had the room thru Monday night so didn't bother checking with the front desk. VERY rude! We left and stayed at Shilo Inn in Newport, Oregon instead where we had an Ocean view, where we paid half as much. So I guess they did us a favor by not renting to us? Cannot say I will trust a Best Western again though either. They also lost our reservation before we got there and I had to PROVE I had it by pulling it up on my tablet before they would rent the room to me.

We will probably stay here again when we visit family here, but I think its expensive for having no elevator, etc.

Comfortable bed, quiet room, well furnished.

No elevator. There was some gross white stuff on the upholstered chair in our room.

The location was perfect and surrounded with stores and restaurants close by. The bed was the most comfortable that I have ever slept in and AC was always perfectly working.

We almost got into a fight with other guests that didn't monitor their clothes while washing. They left it there and never check on it. And my family and another one was trying to do laundry as well. The front desk provided a solution so we can continue using it, but the guest eventually came and was pissed at us. I told them to deal with the front desk. Maybe it if was closer to the front desk to help monitor if it's being left alone, it wouldn't start all this tension between guest:) other that that .. everyone else (staff and other guest) were cool!!

Front office/ concierge was very nice

Room didn't get cleaned daily. Ran out of toilet paper twice. Had to get our own fresh towels. Carpets throughout need to be deep cleaned. Bathroom door knob was broken.

We are retired, It is hard to pay the bill but need have time with family. We will probably be back

for some reason did not care for the gravy. Love the waffles and you had sugar-free syrup. Bacon would have been nice. Always appreciate hard-boiled eggs. did not look to see if you had any, I brought my own. Your scrambled were nice. not overcooked.

Did not like the coffee but you had good tea. Love the evening cookies. Having a coffee stand nearby saved the day for me
