Easy access from interstate

Oh about 1:30am some street cleaner came through the parking lot not once but five times couldnt get back to sleep , I want my money back

Nasty.

I like that the swimming pool was open late.

The room. The room was dirty, and it looked as if it were falling apart and put back together with shoddy materials. It felt like a motel.

The pool, the whole hotel was very quiet.

There was dirty socks under the chair with the ottoman from previous guest. Also garbage in trash can before we got there. And a mold smell from bathroom.

Always clean , never had any issue with bad guest , Ive worked at 3 hotels in Fort Wayne ( not this one ) but for the price , you get amazing service from check in to check out . Its right by so many places if you need anything . If traveling its right off the highway . Breakfast was so good , I love they change it up with the hot food they serve . The workers were all nice and helpful . Pool is always clean & warm . I loved that they had guest washer & dryer ( not many hotels have them these days ) and it was clean as well . My kids and I live in Fort Wayne & we like to get a room every once in awhile & go swimming . Sidenote : I also liked that I was able to pay $100 deposit in cash , so I didnt have to wait so long for the money to be released back into my account .

There isnt anything I didnt like about the property . My only issue I ever had was I was accidentally charged twice . Once by booking & then again at property , but like mentioned before , Ive worked in hospitality , so I totally get it . Its an easy mistake that can happen with 3rd party booking . I was hoping it would just fall off like the deposit & I waited to make sure it even went thru before saying anything & the gentleman who accidentally did it , was so nice and apologized & helpful . I know typically only managers can issue a refund , but he made sure to take all the information down & pass it along & helped the most he could .

The room was not clean as it should have been. The sheets were dirty and the sofa was filthy. Water and dirt was coming off the sofa. Told the front desk and it still was not clean correctly. The sofa was still dirty.
