The place was very clean and organised.

Horrible breakfast- No vegetables, options were poor. The manager in the restaurant breakfast was so rude and cursed me in Italian because I asked if they can refresh the food because was no egg or bread. - the 2 options that the place has. All the time you hear noises of fixing and working above the room, even in the middle of the night. Couldnt sleep normally. When we talked with the manager he said no one is working here or fixing and after complaining 5 times they changed us the room- which anyway didnt help! Because the noises were again all night and in the early morning as well that came from the rooftop. Horrible. The only thing that was good there was the bed that was comfortable and clean room- but what should I say? Comfortable bed but no sleeping at night from noises. Waste of money. The guy in the reception (night shift) was rude as well. We were stacked in the city with no option to order a texi- we asked him to please help us to order a texi or give us a number that can help us, he didnt even speak English and cancelled in my face the phone saying No No The location of the hotel is OK - 25 to the piazza bra.

The was our first time in Verona and will be back again.

Very nice apartment on the 6th floor with a nice view of the skyline. We used the restaurant and the food was very good. Breakfast was very nice also. We loved the park close by an the access to all the transport systems within walking distance.

Hotel was in easy walking distance of the Fiera cavalli which is why we were there . We had breakfast which was fine and ate elsewhere while we there
