The staff at Best Western Hotel Le Bordeaux Sud are friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hotel is not far from the city centre and a good choice for those driving (Read More) as parking is difficult in the city centre. The staff accommodated special requests and the pool and restaurant were enjoyable. The hotel is located near grocery stores and a local food market. The breakfast had a variety of options. Overall, the hotel is recommended for its comfortable rooms and friendly staff.

Nice staff. We were allowed to stay past check out time as our lift wasn't available until later.

We booked it specifically because it had a restaurant. However after I booked I received a call saying the restaurant was closed on weekends!

Very clean great little pool and staff were amazing. Supermarket directly across the road. Excellent access to public transport

Perfect location for an overnight stay when travelling South

Good location for an overnight stop on the way south. Room was excellent & the choice of food in the restaurant was very good. Nice pool & private parking

Perfect

Third time we have stayed in this hotel on our way to and from Spain from the UK. Staff are friendly and helpful, the hotel is spotlessly clean is near the motorway and had plenty of parking. Even has a pool which we did not use.

Nothing, the hotel is on an industrial estate but this was of no consequence to us

Great value option for those passing through Bordeaux

Really great stay. The staff were exceptional from start to finish. The room was spacious and comfortable and perfectly clean. Breakfast was one of the best I have had in a hotel. This was great.

Simple, clean, spacious room, 31 m2

Air conditioning was limited at 22 degrees for some reason. With the daytime temps around 40, the room was very warm. Not sure weather this was a decision of the hotel or French govt orientation
