Very good
All was good, did get locked out of our room for about 45 minutes, but staff was quick to fix it.
Close to all the attractions and clean rooms.

Disappointing
No hot tub
Rooms were very clean and comfortable, the staff was helpful and friendly
The determining factor for staying was that your website stated you had a hot tub/jacuzzi. We needed this for my friends pain management. After going to our room I came back to the office to ask where the hot tub was located and I was informed it was in the process of being replaced.

Nice hotel but know the outdoors amenities are closed during the winter
Because it was during Christmas and not during peak times, it was very quiet and we didnt have anyone to bother us and we didnt bother anyone else.
The amenities were not open. The mini golf and outdoor activities were closed. These were the main reason we chose this hotel was because if things were closed, we could take our kids and still have fun. This was very disappointing.

Exceptional
Great facility and will use it again.
Room was large, bed was very comfortable, Staff was friendly all over the property, food was good and price was good, especially for a weekend.
Rest rooms in the restaurant were out of order. Minor set back really though. It happens.
