Stay there every year we visit Fort Wayne

The staff are always kind and accommodating. The rooms are recently remodeled and look amazing! Breakfast is usually good.

The breakfast was hit and miss this time. Normally, it is very good.

Pet fee was too much. It was higher than the price on the website. Plus they put a 100.00 dollar fee on your credit card. This comes off if there is any damage. Why charge so much if they have this fee also.

I was left alone by the staff as I was there bc my mother was in ICU at the hospital near by. Staff was polite

I paid through booking for 5 night and before my prepaid stay was up they charged my account MULTIPLE times. At the end of my very extended stay my mom lost her battle for life and they charged me 2 more times (a total of$420) for days I didn't stay or already paid for. The owner was in the building as he lived there and REFUSED to speak to me about these charges. He said he'd call me later that day.. now 6 days later I have yet to hear from him. Very unprofessional.. just BAD BUSINESS!! If you choose to stay there watch your account bc they WILL overcharge if they see fit and without reason!

The breakfast was great every morning. Always a variety of food, it was hot, other options were available as well. The staff was friendly and helpful and they even had trivia night with prizes one night. (I stayed four nights but I was working 7 to 7. Beds were good and there's a lot of shops and restaurants right next door. It's convenient.

The price was okay but I had to using booking.com to get a better rate. I paid $108 the first night plus a $20 deposit. I found I was staying another three days there so I got a room here after work with a friend and using booking.com I only came out of pocket $250 after taxes. It was worth it for me especially using booking
