Very good

Perfect for a short stay in the city!

Location was so great really easy to get to and get back to on free trams. Beds were super comfortable and it was really nice sharing with our teenage son that his bed was separate to ours by a dividing wall.

Room had no hooks or storage or hanging space to put stuff. Bathroom was TINY.

Comfortable room despite being described as shoebox Quiet, although by lift which wasn't working when I was there so could be noisier Staff helpful when I checked in at 1.30am Close to tram lines and train station

The stay was good, but couldve been great if the room was cleaner and the guest elevator was working.

Great location and having the pizza restaurant available for dinner and fresh coffee in the morning available downstairs was great

The room was below expectations in regards to cleanliness, the floor/carpet was quite dirty

My stay was pretty ordinary.

staff were friendly and helpful

urine stains on doona; door handle to courtyard broken & I was locked out for half an hour shouting for help, food from restaurant not good and overpriced, shower ran hot & cold, generally unclean.
