Check-in was quick and easy, staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The rooms were clean and well-stocked, however, some guests found them to be dated with lumpy beds. The breakfast wa (Read More)s described as average but still good, with kind staff serving it. The location was convenient off the interstate exit with plenty of parking. Overall, it was considered one of the best hotels recently stayed at. Improvement suggestions included updating the carpet in the hallway to eliminate a slight moldy smell.

We have used this place many times. But unless update probably wont be back.
Very friendly staff, very convenient location off the north way.
The carpet was very outdated and dirty in the halls. Rooms were fine. Funky smell in halls.

The hotel is in a good location. Good choices for breakfast. Really liked the pool and hot tub. Close to Prospect Mountain..great!
The bed sloped on both sides, higher in the middle. We had the feeling we would slide out if we were too close to the edge.
I always wear slippers, but my husband walked barefoot in the room and his feet got very dirty.

The staff was super friendly and eager to accommodate us. The breakfast was delicious.
Our door would not open with our key card. The staff tried to fix it for 1 hour with no luck. We had to get someone to open the door for us each time we came back to our room. Our room was quite dirty.. we found a lot of hair and our towels were not changed from the previous group.
