No go...

Location was good

Hair in the tub upon arrival. Chipped paint everywhere in hallways and room. Crack under door. Air conditioner cracked and dirty inside. Toilet draining slowly when flushing. Bathroom fan not working but had loud humming sound. Vent in bathroom separating from ceiling and dirty inside. Closet door off track. Dust everywhere! On lamps, chair, tables, floor, TV, phone.

Customer service was amazing. Upon entering the room we noticed a water leak. We went to the front desk and they immediately switched us! Upon arrival to the second room, it was joint connected to another room (separated by a door) which I was not comfortable especially with a noise I heard. Plus the smell was awful in the room. Not sure if it came from the A.C. I went to the front desk and they switched us to a room that wasnt connected with another room and that was set! The room was perfect! Customer service was amazing. Wish I can remember the guys name but he was never rude and was completely understanding and wanted the BEST for us

The lobbies stinked, the hotel in reality looks very different from the pictures they have. Ill say its a better motel.

When the creek rises!

The original check-in process, was smooth and professional.

Was awakened at about 1:45 a.m. with water flooding into the bedroom from the outside hallway that came underneath the entry door into the bedroom and was slowly flooding the bedroom. Ruining some of my clothing items and making it wet conditions in the bedroom. Contact staff who put me on hold for approximately 20 minutes before I had to go downstairs and speak to someone in person. The hallway was flooded with water from unknown area. Ask staff to accommodate the inconvenience with towels to at least absorb the water until they figured out the source of the problem. Was told that they could not relocate because there's no more available rooms in the facility to provide comfort. Also, it was an overload of plugs in a power cord that had the desk lamp continuously flickering on and off when the compressor from the refrigerator kicked on and it would cause the lamp to flicker intermittently throughout the night. I addressed this with the staff prior to departure the next morning. As well as housekeeping cup for coffee had black mildew inside the plastic was actually on the cup I also address this with the staff before I left, Lost numerous hours of sleep on what was supposed to have been a relaxing New Year weekend with my fiance. Just Terrible!!!
